Eugene Kim oversees SparkLabs' accelerator programs.

Prior to joining SparkLabs, Eugene Kim led Tencent Korea's international business development division. He was responsible for sourcing Korean games to Tencent's global publishing network and overseeing international sales of Tencent games. Before his career at Tencent, Eugene Kim served as Director of Business Development at PodoTree, a startup developing online educational applications. During this period, he led marketing efforts for US market entry.

Eugene Kim also served as General Manager of International Business at Vertigowgames, gaining experience in various fields including international sales, service support, business development, and game engine licensing activities.

Eugene Kim also worked at NHN USA as General Manager and Manager of the Quality Assurance and Localization division. He started his career in SK's Contents Company business development department, where he played a key role in launching Korea's first pilot IPTV through international partnerships. Eugene Kim holds a BA in Economics and a BA in Philosophy from the University of Michigan.
