'Bootalk' is a proptech startup founded in 2016, providing AI-powered personalized real estate listing recommendation services. The company collaborated with Seoul National University's GIS·LBS Lab to develop AI-based real estate spatial reasoning technology, and has been certified as an excellent real estate service provider by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.

Going forward, the company plans to enhance voice input-based property search functionality and expand its platform services to office and commercial property brokerage.
