Chartmetric is an all-in-one platform for artists and music industry professionals, providing comprehensive streaming, social, and audience data to help everyone build a successful career in music.

Chartmetric is a service that compiles and displays the music and performance activities of 2 million music artists worldwide in an at-a-glance dashboard. It tracks 1.5 million songs daily and aggregates 15,000 charts. Its client base includes legacy labels such as Universal Music, Sony Music, and Warner Music, as well as streaming services like Amazon, Apple, and Google. Since its launch in June 2016, the service has grown to annual revenue of USD 2 million as of 2021.

Chartmetric tracks in real time nearly every platform on which music is available. For example, selecting BTS displays the rankings and fluctuations of that artist across global music charts — from the Billboard charts to Korea's Melon — in graph form. It also shows follower count changes and qualitative and quantitative growth within follower bases across social platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. As a dashboard service, Chartmetric is intuitive and enables real-time tracking and analysis of popularity trends — including the gender, ethnicity, and age breakdown of a specific artist's fanbase, and fandom changes driven by particular concerts or events — all viewable at a glance. Future projections, such as the duration of an artist's popularity, are also possible.
