Re-nergy Bar (granola bar processed from food by-products from domestic sikhye and beer manufacturing plants)

Re:harvest is Korea's first food upcycling specialist company, upcycling by-products generated during food manufacturing processes into flour substitutes to create B2C and B2B food products.

Currently, the company is researching, developing, and selling barley by-products from sikhye and beer manufacturing processes in powdered form as convenient meal replacement products (CMR) for B2C use and as ingredient products for B2B use. Among the ready-to-eat meal replacement products currently on sale is 'Re-nergy Bar' (a granola bar) made from sikhye and beer by-products. The company plans to expand the market by launching additional products utilizing various other by-product ingredients.
