Ssenstone is a company leading the next-generation paradigm in authentication security on the global stage, developing authentication and security technologies to connect institutions, enterprises, and everyday life in a way that is easier, faster, and safer.
'OTAC Token V1.0' is a one-way dynamic token authentication solution built on Ssenstone's proprietary OTAC (One-Time Authentication Code) technology, authenticating users and devices through a one-time dynamic unique identification code. It delivers exceptionally high utility in environments where two-way communication is unavailable, where network conditions are poor or authentication target devices are ultra-lightweight, and in IT/OT environments where ID/password use makes manually changing passwords each time impractical — addressing areas that existing technologies such as PKI and FIDO have not been able to overcome.
Ssenstone's unparalleled authentication security technology has already been thoroughly validated across diverse industries at home and abroad. It is deployed and in active use in the financial, defense, and public sectors — where the most sensitive authentication processes are required — including at Toss Bank, KakaoBank, Millie's Pass, and Indonesia's state mint's electronic revenue stamp service. Most recently, Ssenstone successfully completed a first-stage proof of concept (PoC) with LS Electric to proactively block external threats to programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and the two companies continue to collaborate on addressing common global vulnerabilities.
Established in London, UK in December 2018, swIDch serves as Ssenstone's global business headquarters and has earned recognition for both its technology and growth potential through prestigious international awards and various accelerator programs around the world. Since taking its first steps through the UK Department for International Trade's (GEP) program and the UK Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport's (DCMS) LORCA program, swIDch has been rapidly expanding its business across Europe, the Americas, and Asia. Currently, swIDch is co-developing diverse business models with industry leaders across various sectors, spearheaded by its OTAC (One-Time Authentication Code) technology.
