The service launched in September 2017 with the first-ever provision of information on civil service exam instructors in Korea. By September 2018, it had expanded to a site that provides evaluation information on hundreds of thousands of instructors and tens of thousands of institutions — covering not only civil service exam instructors but also university professors, English and foreign language tutors, certification exam instructors, and kindergarten teachers.
