ZEST is a climate-tech startup developing an “AI–Digital Twin Converged Pre-construction Agent” for carbon-neutral optimization.

In its early stage, ZEST launched “Greenbook,” a green construction material supply chain management platform, through which the company accumulated over 130,000 material data records and established an active user base of more than 100 enterprise clients.

Building upon this foundation, ZEST is advancing an integrated digital twin architecture that combines BIM, GIS, and BEM technologies with domain-specific RAG-based AI to automate and optimize decision-making at the design stage.

The company’s primary market strategy focuses on enhancing pre-construction capabilities of small and mid-sized contractors and design firms, with long-term expansion toward the global smart city market.
