Byung Joon Choi serves as CEO of Dialoguespace, a company developing high-capacity distributed processing systems. Dialoguespace is conducting a joint business with KT, one of Korea's leading telecommunications companies, by combining VoIP Service and Communication tools with business applications. Utilizing KT's backbone network, they provide SMS/LMS/MMS and VoIP-based ARS/FAX systems, offering high-capacity messaging services to approximately 150,000 corporate and individual business customers, including most financial sector clients such as KB Bank, Samsung Card, Hana Card, and Shinhan Bank.
Prior to this, Byung Joon Choi served as Director of Development at Soribada, a P2P-based music sharing service. At Soribada, he developed a P2P-based music filtering system utilizing Audio Finger Printing and conducted music integration work with the world's four major record labels including Sony BMG, Universal, EMI, and Warner. Soribada, referred to as Korea's Napster, is a music-specialized sharing service that was listed on KOSDAQ in 2006.
Byung Joon Choi holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Aerospace Engineering from Seoul National University and a Master's degree in e-Business from Ajou University.
