Jay Jinkun Mok is a serial entrepreneur and professional executive known for scaling SPARKPLUS - SparkLabs’ first company-building project - into a top-tier Korean co-working operator. In eight years, he grew the company to KRW 75 billion in revenue, raised KRW 80 billion in venture funding, and successfully exited via an equity sale to a major domestic conglomerate.
His strategic foundation was built at Monitor Deloitte, specializing in M&A due diligence and GTM strategies, and at GS Holdings, where he focused on group-wide M&A and PMI. An alumnus of SparkLabs’ Batch 1, Jay also co-founded the mobile application startup WePlanet.
Jay graduated from Yonsei University with a degree in Business Administration and previously served as an Industry-Academic Cooperation Professor at the Yonsei School of Business.
