Michael Cho has served as a professional angel investor for 6 years, providing mentoring to help the growth of over 1,500 startups through organizations such as Aventus and Serving Capitalists Group. He is well known for actively investing in early-stage startups as well as providing advisory roles.

As a founding member of KPMG Korea for 22 years, Michael Cho played a key role in growing KPMG Korea into Korea's top M&A house by handling various business consulting and marketing within the group. He also served as Korea Head of KPMG China, expanding influence into China with a focus on the healthcare sector.

Subsequently, he served as Outside Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee at Kakao, and has held positions as Outside Director at Kwangdong Pharmaceutical, Outside Director at Pharma Research Product, Auditor at Korea Game Industry Association, Auditor at Korea VR Association, and Auditor at NCSOFT Cultural Foundation.

He also served as an advisory committee member for the Innovation Growth Division at the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the New Business Support and Development Council at the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, contributing to the promotion of public-private cooperation for startups.

Based on his diverse experience and know-how spanning both large corporations and startups, he is currently appointed as CEO of Bespinglobal Korea, a managed cloud service provider, focusing on sales and marketing to establish a virtuous cycle business structure leading to service and software (SW) revenue, discovering additional business opportunities and revenue models, and working to enhance Bespin's corporate value as a B2B IT platform.

Michael Cho holds a BA in Business Administration and an MBA from Seoul National University, and completed Stanford University's SEIT program and Insead Chairman 25 program.
