Sam Sung is the CEO & Co-Founder of AI Fluent, which supports 10X Growth for companies through AI-based business transformation. Based on his expertise across AI, product development, business strategy, and marketing, he connects cutting-edge technology with actual business results.

He has over 12 years of product management and operations experience and played a key role in successfully selling Confirm.io to Meta (Facebook) as Director of Product. At IDEMIA, he led a global team of over 50 people across the United States, France, and Poland, developing an Identity Proofing & Verification platform based on machine learning and biometric authentication. As Neo.Tax's first product lead, he drove prototype development, leading a $10 million Series A funding round and contributing to over 200% annual revenue growth.

Based on his experience working with AI and machine learning-based products since 2015, Sam accurately understands the possibilities and limitations of technology. As one of the key PMs on TripAdvisor's mobile team, he launched features provided to over 270 million users globally.

Prior to his tech career, he served as a Logistics Officer in the US Marine Corps, deployed to southern Afghanistan where he performed high-difficulty missions, building leadership and operational capabilities.

Currently, he has joined SparkLabs as a Venture Partner, providing AI education, PMF (Product-Market Fit) strategy, Customer Discovery, and operational and organizational culture consulting to accelerate startup growth. He also conducts 1:1 coaching for startup CEOs.

He also serves as an adjunct lecturer at Sungkyunkwan University Graduate School of Business (MBA), teaching courses on entrepreneurship and AI.

Sam Sung holds an MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management (Innovation Leadership Award) and a BA in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD).
