Dale Kim is an Associate Partner at A.T. Kearney in Seoul. He currently leads the ATI (Automotive/Aerospace, Transportation/Travel, and Infrastructure/Industrial Goods) Practice in Korea, and also actively engages in client development and project works throughout Asia-Pacific as the core member of the firm’s Global Automotive and Transportation practice.

He has 16 years of experience in two global consultancies – A.T. Kearney and Bain & Company, with balanced focus across vision, strategy, sales & marketing, M&A, cross-border PMI, operational excellence, and change management for clients in aviation, hospitality, industrial goods, private equity, and financial services.

He is known as one of the most global management consultants in Asia, as he worked successfully outside of Korea and expanded personal and business network for more than half of his entire career in China, Japan, Southeast Asia, Middle East, U.S., Latin America, and Europe. As a matter of fact, he recently relocated back to Seoul from his 2+ year full-time assignment in A.T. Kearney’s Shanghai Office.

He graduated from Yonsei University, with major in Business Administration.
