DavidLee is a turnaround executive with diverse experience in finance, generalmanagement, strategic planning, growth investing, and corporate restructuring.

As Senior Vice President of Finance for Best Buy, David is responsible for leading the company's corporate strategy, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), treasury, mergers/acquisitions, and transformation.

Priorto Best Buy, David led the take-private transaction of Del Monte Foods to KKRfor $5.5 billion. He held severalleadership roles at Del Monte, including SVP of Strategy (corporate strategy,M&A, transformation, corporate affairs), SVP of Consumer Products (GM of $2billion division), VP of Strategic Planning & Business Development ,divisional CFO, and VP of sales FP&A.

Davidbegan his career in brand-building at the Leo Burnett Company, where he servedas the advertising executive managing Sony's Surround Sound business andGeneral Motor's midsize car account.

He subsequently worked in strategyconsulting at McKinsey & Company, focused on developing strategies forgrowth in the consumer products industry, followed by several years investingin growth while in venture capital at Enterprise Venture Capital and PacificVenture Capital. Just prior to Del Monte, David was a Director ofstrategic planning at PG&E Corporation during its turnaround, where he helpedlead its successful corporate restructuring out of bankruptcy.

Davidreceived his MBA from the University of Chicago and a BA from HarvardCollege.

He resides in Hillsborough, CA with his wife Susan and two daughters, Emmy and Maddie.
