Drew Ladner is President & CEO of Pascal Metrics Inc., a Patient Safety Organization (PSO) serving hundreds of hospitals and healthcare systems worldwide. Pascal's cloud services are anchored by Pascal HealthBench®, the leading patient safety SaaS platform, complemented by consulting services based on the Team-based Engagement Model, which Pascal co-developed with the Mayo Clinic.

Prior, Ladner was General Manager at JBoss, running the government division of the software industry’s leading open source middleware provider. Until 2004, he was Chief Information Officer of the U.S. Department of the Treasury where he managed its $2.6 billion IT organization's operations, overhauled governance, achieved higher security and privacy standards, and implemented a highly innovative portfolio management program.

Ladner’s experience has ranged from early stage ventures such as Netscape to large corporations such as AOL Time Warner, with international experience that includes strategy consulting in emerging markets and helping to start a micro-enterprise bank in East Africa where he implemented some of the region’s first email servers. Ladner’s career has spanned the U.S., Europe, the former Soviet Union, Latin America, Asia, and the Middle East. He is a Member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Ladner holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MA in theology from the University of Oxford, and a BSFS in international economics from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service
