Lily Shen is Chief Marketing Officer for Bloomspot, a leader in the local offers space, where she is responsible for all marketing activities including customer acquisition and engagement, public relations, branding, social media and advertising. Prior to Bloomspot, Lily was Chief Marketing Officer at Wealthfront – an innovative financial services startup - and successfully led the company through a strategic shift in its business model, transitioning it from a social investing product to a comprehensive investment platform for money managers and retail investors.

Before Wealthfront, Lily spent 9 years at eBay as an early employee and held key leadership positions in corporate strategy, marketing and product during her tenure.

Her accomplishments at eBay include leading the company’s direct marketing and internet marketing teams, growing eBay's fashion vertical into a $660 million line of business with 49% annual growth, scaling its $800 million computers business, and starting innovative new business lines such as eBay’s data platform and eBay’s award-winning global Partner Network, Lily began her career as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs, and graduated from New York University’s Stern School of Business with a dual degree in Finance and Management & Organizational Behavior, and a minor in East Asian Studies. She has participated in The Women’s Leadership Forum at Harvard University and attended Stanford’s Executive Program in Strategy & Organization.
