Yoav's 20-year career has included management consulting, product management and general management. Before founding whodoyou he spent eight years with Microsoft building consumer applications and features used by hundreds of millions of people. He founded whodoyou with the conviction that friends and communities - that already help each other with trusted recommendations - have an unprecedented opportunity to share this valuable information in a more efficient and repeatable way.

Outside of work Yoav is passionate about volunteerism, particularly schools, community institutions and mentoring. He also has a peculiar love for baseball, and delights in spending time with his 4 children. Yoav received a BS in Business Administration, summa cum laude, from Boston University, with a minor in Organizational Behavior. He also holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, with distinction.
