Young is a General Partner at DAG Ventures, an investment firm dedicated to providing growth capital to companies led by world-class entrepreneurs and the best early stage venture capital partnerships.

Since first joining DAG in 1999, Young has led growth investments into over 30 companies across a range of technology sectors, including: Yelp, YuMe, TrialPay, oDesk, RingCentral, Visible Measures, Pinger, and Plaxo.

Prior to DAG, Young worked at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Banking Division, focusing on mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, public and private financings, and asset sales.

Young has a BA from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
