Kyum Kim is a founder and marketing/sales expert who currently serves as a Venture Partner at SparkLabs and an advisor to several leading startups, including Typecast, Bucketplace (Ohouse), and Liner.

Kyum is best known as the Co-Founder and former Chief Business Officer of Blind, where he led global marketing and business expansion. Under his leadership, Blind successfully entered and grew in the U.S. market, becoming a widely adopted community among employees at major Silicon Valley tech companies such as Facebook, Google, and Microsoft. Blind was later recognized as one of the “World’s 100 Most Influential Companies” by TIME magazine.

Before Blind, Kyum served as the Head of Sales Operations for the Local Sales Group at TMON (Ticket Monster). There, he oversaw KPI management and sales training for a 200-person sales organization, driving performance improvement across the team.

Today, Kyum actively supports both Korean and U.S. startups by leveraging his experience in scaling global communities, executing U.S. market expansion strategies, and building high-performing sales and marketing teams. He continues to play a key role in helping Korean founders navigate U.S. go-to-market execution and cross-border growth.
